1. Scope of Work

The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver a fully functional App as per the specifications provided by the Client. Any changes or additions to the original specifications after the project has started may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, subject to mutual agreement.

2. Project Timeline

The timeline for the project will be agreed upon by both parties before development begins. The Developer will make reasonable efforts to deliver the App within the specified timeframe, but the timeline may be adjusted for delays caused by factors outside the Developer’s control.

3. Payment Terms

The total cost of the project, payment schedule, and method of payment will be agreed upon before the commencement of work. Payments will be made in installments:

• Deposit: [Amount]% upfront to commence the project.
• Milestone Payments: [Amount]% on completion of each major milestone (e.g., design, development, testing).
• Final Payment: [Amount]% before the final handover of the App.

4. Revisions and Changes

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation shall continue beyond the termination of this Agreement for a period of [X] years.

8. App Store Submissions

The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims related to the use of the App or any breach of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law
