This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the steps for canceling or seeking a refund for a service purchased from ARKnox, including web and mobile app development services. Please review the terms below:

1. Service Cancellation Requests

Eligibility: Cancellations for services can only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of purchasing the service and before substantial work on the project has commenced.

Exceptions: Cancellations may not be accommodated if the project work has already progressed significantly, including planning, development, or design stages. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

Completed Services: ARKnox does not accept cancellation requests for services that have been fully delivered or completed.

Quality Assurance: Refunds may be issued if it is established that the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or quality standards. Please contact customer service if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service.

3. Project Discrepancies or Issues

Reporting: If the service does not match the project expectations as specified in the initial agreement, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: Our customer service team will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a revision or refund based on the findings.

4. Refund Processing
